Sarah is an experienced coach who specialises in helping people think through their career challenges.

Henri Saha

Henri Saha is a Vitality Coach and Wellbeing & Mental Health Specialist. As a member of the British Psychological Society and former University lecturer, Henri has helped a range of people from professional athletes and business owners to teenagers and parents. He has a Sport & Exercise Psychology MSc and applies the principles of high performance to helping everyday people with everyday challenges.

Maggie Alphonsi

Maggie Alphonsi is the Director of the Vitality Champions initiative, a workplace wellbeing programme that aims to help businesses build healthier, more engaged and productive workforces. A former England rugby player, Maggie is a behavioural change specialist and has more than 20 years of experience in elite sport and working in a high-performance environment. Maggie is also a leading figure in Vitality’s new Women in Sport campaign, inspiring women to live active, healthy lifestyles (look out for more news coming soon).
